The Service

The app and cloud service are provided "as is" without warranty. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Diction One Subscription

Diction One is an optional paid service at $5.99/month (USD), billed through Apple's App Store. A 2-week free trial is available for new subscribers.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard terms.

Free Modes

On-device and self-hosted modes are free with no word limits, no daily caps, and no restrictions. If you self-host, you are responsible for your own server infrastructure and any costs associated with running it.

Limitation of Liability

Diction is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or service, including but not limited to transcription errors, service interruptions, data loss, or missed or inaccurate transcriptions.

Termination

You may stop using Diction at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Diction One for violations of these terms.
